Production time Every item is printed to order. Please allow 2-5 business days for production before your order ships.

Shipping time Once shipped, delivery typically takes 5-8 business days within the US. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Shipping rates Free shipping on orders over $60. Orders under $60 ship for a flat rate of $4.99.

International shipping We primarily ship within the US. International shipping is available in select cases — rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout.

Lost or delayed packages If your tracking shows no movement for more than 7 days, contact us at diamondchasersbb@gmail.com and we'll look into it with our shipping partner.
