Returns

We want you to love your Diamond Chasers gear. Since every item is printed to order specifically for you, we're not able to accept returns for reasons like sizing or a change of mind — but we've got you covered if something's wrong.

Damaged or defective items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or with a manufacturing defect, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll send a replacement or issue a refund, no questions asked.

Wrong item received

If we sent you the wrong design or size, let us know within 30 days and we'll fix it at no cost to you.

Sizing

Check our Size Guide before ordering — because items are made to order, we can't offer free exchanges for sizing, but reach out and we'll work with you.
